Organisational instructions for all visitor circuits:
Entrance to the castle complex without taking part in at least one of circuits I – IV is possible only upon the purchase of an entrance ticket for circuit V – Exteriors.
The starting times for the individual circuits will be listed at the cash office behind the main gate. To walk from the cash office to the starting point you need approximately 5 minutes.
When booking a tour you need to call at the cash office at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
Unfortunately there are no facilities allowing for wheelchair access. People on wheelchairs can access the courtyard, souvenir shop, two exhibition halls and the restaurant.
Monday is the closing day. If Monday is a national holiday the closing day is the following Tuesday.
The tour starting times may be altered if a wedding is taking place.
